Under this new business structure, I can prioritize you and your interests as a fiduciary, providing the highest level of customization, agility, and flexibility to serve you and our community better. As a client of Oak & Vine, you can expect the exceptional quality and personalized financial planning services you have come to appreciate from me. In addition, our new systems and support structures will allow us to spend even more time with you, connecting and addressing your needs.
As a true fiduciary, my primary focus will always be on you and your family's financial well-being. Oak & Vine's relationship and service model is built upon our core values of integrity, loyalty, and passion for white glove customer service, allowing us to tailor our services specifically to your needs.
By partnering with an existing Registered Investment Advisor, CS Planning Corp (CSP), we can offer you enhanced investment strategy choices, tools, and communication. We also have access to a more extensive range of non-proprietary technology and functionality to provide you with the highest quality service and support. As such, I have resigned from Merrill Lynch, effective immediately.
As we begin this transition, some procedures require us to complete the necessary paperwork to initiate the transfer process and continue working together. Once you give me the "green light," this process is straightforward. I will send you an electronic DocuSign via email with a few questions. Once you sign, we will process the paperwork to complete the transition.
